Hi, Koko, welcome to the forum. If the nail that is missing is the one on the left on the second photo, I don't think it will grow back because I don't see the 'bed' of the nail at the tip of the toe (there should be a little black thingie). I would not worry too much about the 'crooked nail' because, although the problem is not the nail per se but the toe that is twisted, there is nothing you can do now to fix it (you could ask the vet to splint it straight but I doubt the bird will leave the splint alone long enough for it to be effective).
I would highly recommend you take her to an avian vet to see why her foot is limp - is it a broken bone? a tendon? consequence of a stroke? There has to be a reason for it and you need to find out what the reason is -exactly- as she might be in pain.
