Raspberries

Learn about the health benefits (and they don't have to be organic!). Now, my parrots resisted eating them for years. Some people say that it's the color red that turns them off but that could not have been the reason because mine eat other red things without a problem (watermelon, red peppers, red radishes, red Swiss chard, apples, pomegranate seeds, etc). Not all of them are eating them now but most of them are and what made the difference was Epuish Caique who LOVES them!
