I do NOT agree with some of the stuff here, namely, no bird lamps (a space heater will do if the room is too cold) and no warm showers, the warmest the water should be is room temperature. I also have one more thing to add: do not give up if your bird does not like a spray bath. It has taken me 12 years to get my Sophie Gray used to them, persistence and patience work!
