Fructose and foraging habits

Postby Pajarita » Mon Apr 19, 2021 9:26 am

This is a study done on the relationship between fructose (the natural sugar found in fruits and some veggies) and foraging-like behaviors BUT you need to read it very carefully because although it lists fructose consumption as being linked to ADHD, bi-polarism, etc you need to note that it is referring to
'sugar added' fructose as in high fructose corn syrup and people who consume 25% of their calorie intake - it's not about eating fresh fruit.
