A man started out with four tiels and ended up with over 80 so he called his local Humane Society and relinquished all but the original four. When they came, they took all the birds and one of the four he wanted to keep ended up dead in the Humane Society care... And then they prosecuted the man! Now, I am against hoarding (the apartment was covered in poop) but the vet found the birds healthy and the man did relinquish the birds because he was overwhelmed so why the prosecution and why did they take ALL the birds?!
