Two separate articles based on the same study that found that corvids (crows, ravens, etc) and parrots evolved their extra large brains the same way that we, humans, evolved ours (how cool is that?!). All other species kept a more or less smaller (and more 'normal') ratio of brain versus body size but parrots and corvids have extra large brains (and we all know how smart they are because of it - one of the articles says that 'crows are off the charts' but I bet it's because they haven't study parrots as much)
